失語症病患之護理

Nursing Care for Aphasia Patients

人類是群居的動物，在生活環境中會面對許多不同的人，為了能讓彼此瞭解對方的意見，我們每天不斷的在與他人溝通以達意見交流。當一個人因為疾病因素(如頭部外傷或插管等)導致無法以口語溝通或無法理解語言時，即診斷為失語症(Aphasia)﹔失語症所引起焦慮、不安的情緒，對於身心會造成很大的衝擊，嚴重時更可能因為與他人缺乏互動而造成社交隔離的情形。因此在臨床上照顧失語症病患時，除了要注意生理的問題外，也應注意對於心理方面的影響，對於可能會影響說話能力的因素要加以警覺並及早處理，以助維持正常的人際互動。本文將以文獻查證的方式，針對語言產生的相關生理學、造成失語症的原因、失語症所造成的影響及臨床評估做探討，最後會提供適宜的護理處置，期藉由本文能使護理人員在照顧此類病患時，能確實的評估病患，並提供正確的護理處置，以提昇照護品質，並達到全人護理的境地。

Aphasia is a disturbance in comprehension and use of language symbols. Anxiety and uneasiness of aphasia brings distress to body and mind and results eventually in social isolation for lack of interaction. The purpose of this study is to discuss related physiology of speech, the cause of aphasia ,its influence clinical assessment skills for aphasia and appropriate nursing interventions gathered from literature review. Our optimal goal is to enchance nurses' competence in taking care of patients with aphasia, improve quality care for patient and finally achieve holistic care.@@2
