惡性腫瘤潰瘍傷口隨著緩和醫療的被重視，這一類不易處理及難以言喻痛苦的癌末症狀漸被注意到；隨著傷口產生的惡臭、感染、滲液、出血、疼痛的生理問題之外，更因皮膚完整性受損身心形象紊亂及傷口惡臭的社交標記導致親密感受阻、被遺棄及社交隔離等健康問題。無法癒合的複雜傷口護理對護理人員更是一大挑戰，惡性腫瘤潰瘍傷口之護理首重於傷口評估，除提供局部的傷口護理清潔外，適當敷料的搭配，常有事半功倍之效。此外，應同時重視到病患社會心理的需要才能提供完整的護理。希望藉由本文能對惡性腫瘤潰瘍有正確的認識，並應用於臨床護理。

As the emphasis shift to therapeutic medical field, a severe latent cancer symptom, malignant fungating wound, has become problematic and challenging for both the patients and their family members. This incurable malignant fungating wound comes along with malodors, possible infections, exudation, haemostasis, and tremendous physical pains experienced by the patients. In addition, malignant fungating would create social isolation for the patients by having social stigma, including inevitable heavy malodors and unpleasant rotten skin appearance. The complication of this incurable wound becomes a challenging task for the suffering patients. The purpose of this article is to provide insightful information and better understandings on malignant fungating wound for the medical professionals, so that patients will be able to receive better cares and needed attentions.
