Megacode不要怕！－－一位高級心臟救命術指導老師的教學經驗分享

Don't be afraid of Megacode

近年來因評鑑對急重症單位要求，凡在急診服務需擁有高級心臟求命術(ACLS)訓練有效證書，最近更有些醫學中心規定住院醫師晉升總醫師或護理人員晉升副護理長或護理長，須備有高級心臟救命術之有效證書，使得高級心臟救命術(ACLS)訓練日漸受到重視。筆者目前為高級心臟救命術指導員，基於多次參與高級心臟救命術訓練課程經驗，諸多學員在考前不知Megacode為何物，以至術科考試中Megacode項目失利。基於此，筆者針對Megacode作重點簡介，以另類方式來詮釋何謂'Run Megacode'及'考Megacode'，期望對未來準備參加高級心臟救命術考試的醫護人員有所幫助。

Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support) Training has made itself important for its criterion of the staff service in Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to be requested recently.
