情感性疾病患者住院期間對精神科護理人員的感受與期望之探討

Feeling and Expectation toward Psychiatric Nurses Perceived by Patients with Mood Disorder during Hospitalized Period

本研究為質性描述性研究，目的在瞭解並探討情感性疾病患者於住院期間對精神科護理人員之感受與期望。以北部某醫學中心精神科急性病房之情感性疾病患者為研究個案，採立意取樣，共計十二位個案納入本研究，研究者依半結構式訪談指引與個案面對面深入錄音訪談，經文字轉譯，再以質性分析法有系統地分析訪談內容。研究結果歸納為三部分：一、情感性疾病患者住院期間對精神科護理人員的感受，包括態度與工作內容二個層面，共九個主題；二、情感性疾病患者住院期間對精神科護理人員的期望，包括態度與工作內容二個層面，共七個主題。本研究結果可增進精神科護理人員的自我覺察，並瞭解情感性疾病患者住院期間的需求與期望，提供適切的護理照顧，以提昇護理服務品質。

This study was a qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this study was aiming at understanding and exploring feeling and expectation of patients with mood disorder toward psychiatric nurses during hospitalized period. The researches had face-to-face and in-depth interviews with clients to collect data using semistructured interview guide and tapes recorded during interviews. There were twelve clients selected through purposive sampling form a psychiatric ward of medical center in Taipei. The data of tapes recorded was transcribed into narrative form and analyzed by qualitative content analysis. This results of this study were inducted into three parts: 1.feeling toward psychiatric nurses perceived by patients with mood disorder during hospitalized period (two dimensions: attitude and work content including nine themes); 2.expectation toward psychiatric nurses perceived by patients with mood disorder during hospitalized period (two dimensions: attitude and work content including seven themes). The findings could enhance psychiatric nurses' self-awareness and understanding the need of patients with mood disorder during hospitalization period, so as to improve nursing care quality.
