婦科手術室全期護理推展方案

The Project of Gynecology Perioperative Nursing Applocation

護理專業蓬勃發展，護理人員致力於專業成長同時追求服務品質的提昇。本案採Stetler(1994)的研究應用模式，就準備、確認、比較評估、決策、運用、評值六個步驟來推展「婦科手術全期護理」；以修正之「Mishel疾病不確定感中文版量表」、自擬式「婦科手術病患滿意度問卷」、「手術室護理人員工作滿意度問卷」三種評量工具表來評值婦科手術室推行「手術全期護理」的可行性備又效益。本案收案對象為65名第一次行婦科手術之住院病人，採隨機分組方式；婦科手術室護理人員前往病房訪視的個案經同意後收為實驗組，共35名；另30名個案請婦科病房護理同仁協助收案列為控制組。研究結果顯示：在病患方面，對護理服務滿意度實驗組優於控制組，兩組手術後的疾病不確定感程度平均分差為1.42；在護理人員方面，婦科手術室護理人員工作滿意度後測分數高於前測5.5分。研究結果有助於訂定婦科手術室執行全期護理之可行方法，提升護理服務品質及滿足護理同仁專業成長之需求。

The purpose of this study is to investigate The effectiveness of perioperative nursing in gynecological operating room. The study adaptes "Stetler's research utilization model", which is composed of the following 6 steps, preparation, confirmation, comparative assesement, decision-making, utilization, and evaluation, to endure the proceeding of perioperative nursing. A total sample size of 65 subjects are divided randomly into the experimental group consists of 35 subjects and 30 subjects for the control group. Measurement tools by using structured questionnaires including the Mishel' Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), the Patient Satisfaction Scale, and the nurses' Job Satisfaction. The results are as follow: the experimental group has a higher patients' satisfaction than the control group; through executing perioperative nursing we obtain higher job satisfaction in gynecological operating room. However, there is no difference between the two groups on uncertainty scale. Base on data results, researchers can establish an executing management of perioperative nursing to satisfied of gynecological patients and gynecological operating nurses.
