平日活動時間分配與個體時間價值之研究

A Study of Weekday Activity Time Allocation and Individual's Activity Time Value

在交通計畫的投資效益評估中，時間價值扮演了一個重要的角色。本研究立足於活動觀點研究法，針對工作者於平日之一天內的活動時間分配與個體活動時間價值進行探討。和既往研究的不同在於，本研究假設個體對活動的心理意識評估（重要性、優先性），會對個體的活動時間分配造成影響，並將個體的日常活動分為生理照護、工作、家庭照護、家務、休閒娛樂以及社會化等六項。研究結果顯示，個體對活動的心理意識評估確實會對其活動時間分配造成影響。同時，依據個體活動時間分配模式，即可估計除了工作活動以外，其他各項活動之平均活動時間價值，由高至低依序為休閒娛樂活動＞家庭照護活動＞生理照護活動＞家務活動＞社會化活動。

The value of time plays a crucial role in the benefit assessment of transportation project investment. Based on an activity-based approach, this study has examined workers' activity time allocation behavior on a weekday and the corresponding value of an activity time. The assumption of this study, different with previous studies, is that individual's activity time allocation behavior is affected by his/her psychological evaluation toward an activity, such as importance and priority. The result indicates that an individual's activity time allocation behavior is significantly influenced by his/her psychological evaluation toward an activity. Meanwhile, the average value of activity time for various activities except for work activity can be estimated through the developed individual's activity time allocation model. The ranking of average value of activity time sorted in descending order is as follows: leisure activity > family care activity > physical care activity > homemaking activity > social activity.
