先進安全車輛研發策略之研究

The Research of the Development Strategy of Advanced Safety Vehicle

先進安全車輛的發展將有助於減少交通事故發生，提升交通安全;此外，先進安全車輛的發展也是目前智慧型運輸象統發展的主流之一。本研究的目的在針對國內的交通環境與車輛產業狀況，訂定我國發展先進安全車輛之策略，以作為國內發展先進安全車輛之參考。在研究過程中，首先參考先進國家的發展經驗並分析圈內交通環境需求，以小汽車為對象列舉出可能發展之先進安全車象統項目;接著根據警政署提供之交通事故肇事原因分類統計資料，訂定各子系統之先後發展順序;最後利用SWOT的分析與評估方法，對國內發展先進安全車輛的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅四個向面進行深入的分析，以得到適當之發展策略與建議。

The goal ofthis research is to establish the strategies and guidelines for Taiwans ASV (Advanced Safety Vehicles) developments with the considerations of domestic traffic conditions and peculiar automobile industrial environments. We first construct the list of possible sub-systems of ASV This list aims to provide a full coverage of all possible items in an ASV. Then, we arrange the development priorities of each ASV item based on the traffic accident reports published by the Bureau of Police Department. Finally, we adopt the SWOT method to deliver the development strategies of each ASV item from the perspectives of strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten. These suggested strategies would be a good foundation and guidelines for Taiwan s ASV industry.
