停車需求時空分佈推估方法與應用

The Development and Application of a Time and Spatial Parking Demand Model

有鑒於現有都市停車需求預測方法大都未能有效反應停車需求時空分佈之特性，更難以將國內混合土地使用下的都市活動型態考慮進去。因此，本研究乃針對停車需求的本質特性，解析其與運輸需求間之關係，再按運輸需求所引發停車需求之時空變動為出發點，來建立能夠因應不同旅次起迄特性的停車需求推估模式，此一模式可以附掛於運輸需求模式來推估停車需求的時空分佈。本研究並以臺北市為例進行模式之應用分析。結果顯示模式所推估之臺北市停車需求時空分佈型態，可符合都市活動特性。按此推估結果，未來可配合停車時空分佈來進行停車空間之規劃與管理，以便因時因地制宜。

For solving the urban parking problem effectively, it needs to developa parking demand model which can analyze the temporal and spatial variation ofparking demand. In this paper, a time-spatial parking demand model is developedbased on the derived parking demand concept. It is integrated withtransportation demand model. The model is useful for generating the parkingspace supply strategy and management concept effectively. The model is validatedusing Taipei city data. It can reflect the relationship of parking demand andurban land use activity. The model will be useful for creating the parking spacedevelopment strategy in the future.
