This study explores the characteristics of students in a Medical Technology University through a CPAS test and career coaching strategies. In this study, a comparative analysis of CPAS tests was conducted by sampling students from three colleges of a Medical Technology University in the southern Taiwan. Total of 936 samples were investigated. The study found that the top four characteristics of the students in the medical technology university are determined, challenge, execution, and flexible suitable for medical-related work. The top four characteristics of College of Human Life Science are: challenge, execution, determined and flexible; the three characteristics of College of Nursing are: determined, flexible and challenge; the top three characteristics of College of Medical Technology are: flexible, challenge and determined. Through the test, this study found that the characteristics of each college are in line with the characteristics of the Medical Technology University. The analysis can provide the suggestions for teaching preparation, the establishment of department goals, and the planning of extracurricular activities for the school. |
