動態路網模擬指派模式之建立：以DYNASMART為例

本研究將針對動態路網模擬指派模式作一有系統之分析與探討，並以DYNASMART為例來說明模擬指派模式之元素與功能。DYNASMART模式是在美國聯邦公路總署(FHWA)的贊助下，於美國德州大學奧斯汀分校(The University of Texas at Austin)建立發展。主要目的是分析路網車流變化情形，並考慮不同交通資訊及其供給策略與交通控制策略之研擬。因此，模式中必須兼顧未來交通資訊之產生與供給、駕駛者之反應，與交通控制策略之模擬與應用。本研究並以美國德州奧斯汀城市路網為例，進行數值實驗分析，探討路網車流之變化與即時旅運資訊所可能帶來的衝擊;文中並介紹DYNASMART在超級電腦CRAYY孔1p之執行效率，與未來發展之展望。

This research addresses network flow analysis by considering individual tripmaker decision-making processes and their interactions in traffic networks under advanced information and control systems. In order to properly capture the dynamic effect of information, this research aims at formally defining simulationassignment models and associated functional requirements, and introducing DYNASMART. Numerical experiments based on the Austin City network are conducted to investigate dynamic effect of real-time information. Computationalresults on CRAY YMP are also presented in this paper to il1ustrate the possible real-time applications.
