Preparations for the construction of the Southern Branch of the National Central Library began in earnest last year. Through cross-group collaboration and discussions, work and progress review meetings, and expert consultations, the project team began to tackle each aspect of the necessary preparatory work, including the physical planning and procurement, service planning and policy-making, establishment of the southern branch’s collections, and the creation of a marketing image for the library. |
