高雄市旗津區某社區醫院因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（COVID-19）防疫經驗分享

Sharing experiences in implementing preventative measures against severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) in a community hospital in Cijin District, Kaohsiung City

目的：因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（COVID-19）提出本院具體的防疫措施及執行經驗分享。方法：利用設置出入口檢疫站、社區篩檢站，並搭配院內員工教育訓練及防疫演練，確實的手部清潔與環境消毒更是阻絕傳染途徑的最佳方式，故以行動研究法實際執行防疫措施。結果：本院於疫情期間未有疑似個案進入或於院內就診民眾中發現確診個案。結論：由結果顯示，在嚴實的執行多方防疫策略下，顯示該方式能有效預防及提早發現疑似個案的存在，並予隔離以其他方式協助完成來院醫療需求。

Objective: In response to severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19), the hospital adopted specific epidemic prevention measures; herein, the implementation experience is shared for reference. Methods: The action research method was used to implement epidemic prevention measures such as the use of entry and exit quarantine stations and community screening stations, education and training of staff in the hospital, conducting epidemic prevention drills, and promoting regular hand cleaning and frequent disinfection of the environment. Results: Since onset of the epidemic, no suspected cases have been identified in the hospital. Conclusion: Strict implementation of the multiparty epidemic prevention strategy has been effective in preventing and detecting suspected cases early, which has in turn facilitated the isolation of patients to fulfill the medical needs of the hospital.
