文學與文化實踐──《續修臺北市志》飲食文學入志

Rural revitalization, look forward to the literary present'' - Dietary literature of ''Continued Revised Gazetteer of Taipei City''

方志，是專門記述一地方的史志，方志纂修，有悠久歷史與傳統。臺灣方志，乃記載臺灣各個地方中所存在的人、事、時、地、物等重要史志，內容繁富，具有存史、資政、教育等功能。本文梳理臺灣《續修臺北市志》所收錄的飲食文學，研究發現其具有四大樣態：「反映時代」、「抒情懷舊」、「哲理思維」、「跨界交融」。該志收入美食作家及其作品，別樹一幟，飲食文學入志，有別於傳統方志，對於飲食文學的實踐，提供研究的新課題，俾益落實鄉村振興及其文化傳承有其重要之意涵。

Diet provides rich material for literary creation, while literature promotes dietary development. The diet theme in literary works has become a valuable resource for studying the history of food culture. This article combs the four characteristics of the dietary literature included in the '' Continued Revised Gazetteer of Taipei City '':including ''reflecting the times'', ''sentimental nostalgia'', ''philosophical thinking'', and ''cross-domain integration.'' The ambition of the writers of the food writers has become a new initiative of Fang Zhixuan's history. It is unique and provides new research topics for Fangzhi researchers. At the same time, effective excavation and utilization has important implications for the implementation of rural revitalization and its cultural heritage.
