Diet provides rich material for literary creation, while literature promotes dietary development. The diet theme in literary works has become a valuable resource for studying the history of food culture. This article combs the four characteristics of the dietary literature included in the '' Continued Revised Gazetteer of Taipei City '':including ''reflecting the times'', ''sentimental nostalgia'', ''philosophical thinking'', and ''cross-domain integration.'' The ambition of the writers of the food writers has become a new initiative of Fang Zhixuan's history. It is unique and provides new research topics for Fangzhi researchers. At the same time, effective excavation and utilization has important implications for the implementation of rural revitalization and its cultural heritage. |
