臺灣優良藥事執業規範之回顧與展望

Past and Future of Taiwan Good Pharmacy Practice

「優良藥事執業規範」（Good Pharmacy Practice, GPP），為世界藥學會（International Pharmaceutical Federation, FIP）所提出，是一套藥事執業標準，提供民眾具實證與品質的藥事服務與照護，以確保正確且適當地使用藥品，而得到更好的藥物治療結果。考量世界各國執業環境差異，各國應發展各自適用的GPP版本，確保所有執業藥師能提供有品質的藥事服務。臺灣自2002年起，在藥學相關公學協會的共同努力下，在不同的執業場域，以不同的形式持續發展並推廣「臺灣優良藥事執業規範」。目前最新的版本為臺灣臨床藥學會於2019年透過問卷調查、說明會、專家會議等各項機制，讓在不同場域執業的藥師充分溝通，所歸納共識的版本；期待此版本能成為符合我國國情、可由全體藥師共同遵循的執業標準。本專題探討FIP與世界衛生組織（WHO）提出GPP的演進，與「臺灣優良藥事執業規範」的發展，期待未來藉由GPP的持續推廣，讓藥師清楚自身價值與社會責任，更全面提升藥事執業水準。

Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) proposed by International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) is a set of practice standards to ensure quality of pharmacy services to meet the public needs and to ensure evidence-based and appropriate use of medicine for better therapeutic outcome. Considering different practice environments, every nation should develop its own version of GPP to ensure that all the pharmacists in practice provide good quality pharmaceutical services . Since 2002, through the efforts of the related societies and associations in pharmacy, Taiwan GPP was implemented and promoted. The current version was established by the Taiwan Society of Health-System Pharmacists through consensus developed from questionnaire surveys, conferences and discussions by the pharmacists from different institutes and community pharmacies in 2019. We expect this version of Taiwan GPP meets domestic needs and is followed by all the pharmacists. This review explored the progress of GPP proposed by FIP/WHO and the development of Taiwan GPP. We expect the Taiwan GPP will be continuously promoted to let pharmacists understand the values and the responsibilities of their professional and to improve the quality of the pharmaceutical service.
