本文簡介「台灣新聞與紀錄片資料庫」之片目、書目、口述歷史紀錄等檔案之發展過程、資料內容、資料結構、查詢系統設計等；同時，根據資料量化統計與片目脈絡分析，初探台灣新聞與紀錄片在生產者，媒介轉換，議題設定與再現技術／美學上的發展變遷。

Presented here is a brief introduction to the Internet Database of the Taiwanese Newsreel and Documentary, including its contents of filmography/ bibliography / oral history manuscripts, data structure, inquiring / retrieving system, self-evaluations and its futures, along with the first sight of the evolution of Taiwanese newsreel and documentary in its authors, media transforming, agenda setting and representation techniques.
