Achievement of FORMOSAT-5 Imagery Applications

福衛五號遙測影像於2018年9月21日正式開始營運，所拍攝到的影像可用於多元環境變遷的分析與應用，對民生福祉有相當大的助益。太空中心提供多種影像取得管道，包括太空中心官方網站，以及科技部資料市集，以便國人取得第一手的國產衛星影像資料。

The business of FORMOSAT-5 remote sensing images was officially operated on September 21, 2018. The captured images can be used for the analysis and application of multiple environmental changes, which are of great help to people's livelihood and welfare. NSPO will provide a variety of image acquisition channels, including the NSPO official website and the MOST Data Market, so that people can obtain first-hand domestic satellite image data. NSPO will continue to cooperate with the industry, academia, and research communities to produce effective information by using FORMOSAT-5 image data and expand the effectiveness of application of Taiwan's self-developed satellite.
