談健康管理中心因應COVID-19之應變與感染管制

COVID-19 contingency and infection-control measures implemented by a health management center in Taiwan

COVID-19的爆發引起了全世界的高度關注，除了造成疾病的傳播、人員的傷亡與醫療負擔，以造成社會與經濟的巨大影響。許多研究都集中在使醫院和整個社區的傳播最小化與治療策略上，較少有相關健檢中心之應變與感染管制的報導。本文分享臺灣某區域教學醫院健康管理中心因應COVID-19之相關策略，期盼能提供相關醫療院所做為參考。

 

The COVID-19 outbreak has become a major global concern. It has not only resulted in substantial costs at the individual and medical levels but also had devastating impacts on communities and economies. Many studies have focused on minimizing the spread of the disease and implementing treatment strategies in hospitals and across entire communities, whereas few have reported on the contingency and infection-control plans of health management centers. This study examines the COVID-19 strategies implemented by the health management enter of a teaching hospital in Taiwan to serve as a reference for other hospitals and medical centers.
