罕見病例報告—青少年之淚阜非典型淋巴增生

Juvenile Caruncular Atypical Lymphoid Prolif-eration – A Rare Case Report

淚阜病灶相當罕見，大部分為良性病灶，眼睛及附屬結構淋巴增生疾病為其鑑別診斷之一，非常少見於年輕人或兒童。我們報告一位16歲的健康男性，因左眼淚阜無痛性腫塊接受切除手術，卻於術後一個月復發，執行第二次切除手術後，門診追蹤十個月未再復發。此案例表現了部分良性與部分惡性腫瘤的特徵，我們針對反應性淋巴增生、眼睛及附屬結構淋巴癌兩個疾病做討論及文獻回顧。

 

Lesions of the caruncle are very rare. Most caruncular lesions are benign, though there were still few reported malignant lesions. Ocular adnexal lymphoproliferative disease (OALD), one of the differential diagnosis of caruncular lesion, is seldom seen in young pa-tient. In this article, we report a 16-year-old boy with recurrent caruncular atypical lymphoid proliferation. We discuss the epidemiology, clinical features, images, histomorphology, and treatment between ocular adnexal lymphomas (OAL) and reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH).
