This article discusses 'global governance' from the aspects of 'subject' and 'power.' The article includes four parts. The first discusses the concept of 'global governance' and the evolution of subjects. The second part analyzes the role of the state, the most important subject of global governance, from the aspects of 'subject' and 'power.' The third illustrates the weight of power of different subjects in global governance from three different views in political and social sciences. The last part presents the author's view on the future of global governance. |
