運用課題達成型提升教學品質-無紙化的挑戰

Promoting the Quality of Teaching by Using Task-Oriented QC Story: The Challenge of Making Teaching Materials Paperless

所謂的課題達成型QC Story，指的是為了達成期望，不拘泥以往的作法，追究方策與手段，產出新的工作方法或物的作法，藉此來達成期望。本專案執行期間為2018年2月~2019年1月，選定「教學資料過多，難以整理存放」為此次改善的主題，並利用課題達成型8大步驟來依序執行，先選定攻堅點及設定期望狀態、求出望差值後進行目標設定、再提出及追究方策案，並落實最適策的實施；在此專案實施6個月後確認其成果：統計一屆實習學生之教學資料紙張從593張減少至193張，目標達成率為135%，教學資料存放空間約減少三分之二，且教學氣氛及滿意度都有明顯提升。此次利用課題達成型QC Story，發展出新的方法，應用於教學上，可達成無紙化的成果，並提升教學品質。

 

Task-oriented QC story refers to pursuing the goal of adjusting old practices and encountering new ones, thus forming new work patterns. This project was executed from February 2018 to January 2019. We selected the storage of excessive teaching files as the improvement object. Using the eight steps of task-oriented QC story, first, we selected the improvement focus and the expected value. Then, we calculated the deviation between expectation and reality. By obtaining the difference between these values, we reset the target to enable further improvement. After 6 months of implementation, the project was evaluated. Results indicated that teaching data sheets decreased from 593 to 193, indicating an achievement rate of 135%. The storage space of teaching materials decreased by approximately two-thirds. We also observed clear improvements in learning atmosphere and satisfaction. In conclusion, by using task-oriented QC story, we developed a new method to reach the goal of becoming paperless. We were also able to evaluate the overall teaching quality.
