Adult Duodenal-duodenal Intussusceptions with Hamartoma: A Rare Case Report

成人腸套疊是一種罕見且嚴重的疾病，臨床案例不多，如果不及早進行手術治療，則可能會致命。成人腸套疊主要由腫瘤引起，最常見到的臨床症狀是腸道 阻塞。本文中分享一個案例，是患有缺陷瘤所引起的十二指腸- 十二指腸腸套疊。病患之診斷，是透過內視鏡檢查，腹部超音波檢查和腹部電腦斷層掃描，發現是少 見的十二指腸- 十二指腸腸套疊。為求慎重，取得病人的檢體做病理分析，結果發現是因缺陷瘤的存在所引起的腸套疊。病患之處置，是進行手術，術後數天順利出 院。

 

Adult intussusception is a rare and serious medical condition that is fatal if not treated with surgery. This condition is mainly caused by a leading lesion, and is manifested by intestinal obstruction clinically. Here, we present a case of a 44-year old patient with duodenal-duodenal intussusception and a family history of colon cancer. The preoperative diagnosis of duodenal-duodenal intussusception was performed by panendoscopy, abdominal ultrasonography and an abdominal computer tomographic scan. The patient was diagnosed as having duodenalduodenal intussusception as a result of a leading hamartoma.
