社會歷史中的農村醫療衛生服務：一位赤腳醫生服務實踐的 故事

A Social History of Rural Medical Health Services: The Story of a Barefoot Doctor’s Practice and Service

本文作者生長於大陸農村，大學時開啟對醫務社會工作的興趣與對醫療衛生服務問題的關注。後來一直沒找到合適的踐行醫務社會工作服務的機會，直到來台灣之後得以與醫務社會工作的興趣相接續，並返身回看大陸社會歷史中的在地醫療服務實踐。本文希望透過一位赤腳醫生近60年從事農村醫療健康服務的故事，來了解在大陸的社會歷史發展脈絡中，赤腳醫生的服務實踐歷程，並透過對脈絡與方法的探詢，分析歷史實踐處境中的中西醫服務，並朝向中西結合、多元實踐的身心復元之路的發展。

 

The present essay presents the story and an analysis of one barefoot doctor’s medical service practice within the contexts of the developmental history of mainland China. The author grew up in the rural area of mainland China. While studying in university, the author became interested in medical social work and became concerned with health care services. After moving to Taiwan, the author found opportunities to practice medical social work service. Through inquiries into relevant historical, social, and cultural contexts, the present essay situates the Chinese medicine and Western medicine services within practice, and presents possible field developments of recovery as a combination of Chinese and Western medicine among other diverse practices.
