施肥對臺灣藜籽實產量及抗氧化力之影響

Effects of Fertilization on Intact Granules Seed Yield and Antioxidant Capacity of Taiwan Djulis (Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.)

本研究的目的是研究台灣本土臺灣藜的種植和抗氧化能力。研究結果顯示，臺灣藜之栽培需要適度施用肥料以增加產量，且以施用有機肥者之產量高於施用化學肥料與對照組者。在抗氧化分析方面，以不同溶劑萃取臺灣藜全穀籽實時，發現在相同濃度下時，均以甲醇提取物的抗氧化能力高於乙醇提取物者。

The objective of this study was to research the cultivation and investigate the antioxidant capacity of the native plant Taiwan djulis (Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.) in Taiwan. The results suggest that it is essential to appropriate apply fertilizer when cultivate Taiwan djulis in order to increase output. The yield of intact granules seeds of organic fertilizer group is more than those of chemical and control groups. When at the same concentration, the methanolic extract of Taiwan djulis possesses the more antioxidant capacity than that of ethanol extracts.
