Secondary analysis which re-analysis primary data can verify known facts, produce new findings and solve new problems, are benefited for educational administration studies. But secondary analysis is discussed few by educational researchers in Taiwan. The study focused on the application of secondary analysis to analysis the tabulated data of educational administration domain. The meanings and contents of secondary analysis for tabulated data were illustrated. An analytic system and a frame of available data type were also proposed. Three type issues about research ethnic, data analysis as well as data application were discussed. Moreover a four-stage analytic process, a frame of data processing strategy and a frame of data analysis strategy were demonstrated. Ten analytic methods which included analysis of characteristic, testing in distribution, testing in discrepancy, testing of correlation, testing of casual relationship, testing of casual models, comparison of difference, testing clustering as well as were explained. In addition, two analytic approaches and six analytic types for using secondary analysis of tabulated data, as well as two analytic purposes and four analytic orientations were illustrated. Finally four practical examples were showed how to use secondary analysis to analysis the tabulated data of educational administration domain.
