中華跆拳道隊參加2016年里約奧運準備與比賽現況分析

The Analysis of Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Team about Training and Competes Situation at the Games of the Rio Olympiad in 2016

奧林匹克運動會是全世界最大的綜合性運動賽會，其重要性不言而喻。政府訂定長期計畫，編列經費提供後援，傾力支援各類的正式競賽項目，從選手與教練的遴選、長期集中施訓、選手的升學與就業輔導、形塑明星選手、退休的照護等，皆能顯示政府對於奧運賽會的重視程度。跆拳道運動一直是我國參加國際性比賽爭金奪牌的強項之一，2016年里約奧運跆拳道仍然深受國人期待，與舉重、射箭再次被列為奪金的重點項目之一。結果以零金收場，本屆奧運跆拳道比賽，我國成績不如預期，外國的優秀選手也評估失措。缺乏轉身及上端高得分技術、動作單調不確實、不具侵略性，臨場無法適時掌握攻擊時機等，皆為獲勝的阻礙因素之一。研究者為資深跆拳道教練，長期參與培訓工作的執行，且多次擔任奧運及亞運的總教練，綜合長期施訓經驗，及本次賽會的準備及選手競賽表現提出觀點，作為日後台灣跆拳道競技組訓的參考。

Olympic Games are the largest complex sport of the world. It goes without saying that the games are most important. The Taiwan government has set the long-term plan including the support costs were used in the formal contest. For example, the selection of athlete and coach, assemble for training, enters a higher school and seeking a job, the star player shaping, retirement player caring. All of them have showed that the government attached very great importance to the Olympic Games. The taekwondo sport always had the great opportunity to get gold medal when our players participated the International Competition. In 2016, the Taiwanese people still looked forward to the taekwondo competition results at the Games of the Rio Olympiad. It was one of the most important projects with weight-lifting and archery. Unfortunately, the taekwondo results were not turn out the way we planned. It also has similar condition with other world-famous athletes. The failure factors include that we lacked the technology of rotating body and upper section attacks, just had single action, lack of aggressiveness, and could not catch the opportunity of attacks. The author is the senior taekwondo coach. He has the extensive experience of taekwondo training and once took on the head coach of Asian Games and Olympic Games. He combines the long-term training with the condition of competition, and provides the reference of experience of group training to Taiwan Taekwondo Association.
