跆拳道品勢比賽表現之探討

An in depth look on Taekwondo Poomsae competition－based on Lu Chu Sheng Taiwan Taekwondo champion

本研究旨在探討台灣跆拳道品勢冠軍選手，在2013年世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽，中華台北代表隊選拔賽的比賽表現，以訪談法從裁判觀點來了解該選手比賽表現的優點與缺點，及其獲勝因素。研究結果：一、技術：優點方面，三位裁判認為此選手的步伐與技術層面交代清楚，而降低扣分。缺點方面，由於受訪裁判觀點不同，並無太大共通點。二、表現性：速度與力量皆認為單一動作速度與力量足夠，只有少數動作需加強。節奏方面，三位裁判均認為節奏穩定，且支撐技術的完整性，除少數幾個動作需再加快，其他皆維持。精神方面，該選手調適得當，且充滿自信，其自信心可提升速度與力量及節奏表現分數。

The main idea of this thesis is finding strength and weakness throughout the performance of Lu Chu Sheng the athlete of Chinese Taipei Team in the area of Taekwondo Poomsae during National Poomsae Tryout for qualifying the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2013. By interviewing the international judges in competition, we will get an in depth analysis on Lu, the Taekwondo Poomsae champion of Chinese Taipei Team. The result of analysis can be divided into two main parts：（1）the technical presentation, and（2）performance presentation.From the technical aspect, all judges believed Lu ad well presented the steps and techniques during the poomsae presentation, so points were not taken off by judges. However, judges have different point of views on his weakness of poomsae performance, so information could not be formed. On aspect of the overall performance, all the judges all agreed his power and speed were well demonstrated in each move throughout the poomsae. There were few moves may need more practice for the future competitions. Moreover, the pace throughout the poomsae was well presented; however, it could prefect even more. Additionally, Lu’s poomsae has well displayed both high energy and soaring spirit. His confidence has been given him a great lift in his overall poomsae performance.
