探討醫院培訓課程對專科護理師角色能力的效益

The Benefits of Hospital-Based Training Program on Nurse Practitioners’Role Competency

本研究除發現醫院培訓課程對整體專科護理師角色能力有提升效益外，特別在實務照護、關懷與學術能力上更為顯著；至於領導、倫理決策、諮商溝通與醫療輔助等則期待未來在規劃該培訓課程上能再強化。

The study results show that the hospital training programs improved overall role competency of the nurse practitioners, especially on direct care and academic competency. These training programs need to be further strengthening on the developing of leadership, ethical decision-making, consultation, communication, and medical auxiliary behaviors competency.
