This paper focuses on the research and reflective of vision implement. To begin with, the researcher emphasizes that the vision implement plays an important role on the process of visionary leadership. Besides, the theory of visionary leadership is also delineated. In addition, a study explores data from two high schools that participated in the Chang Over Time (1970-2000) granted by Spencer Foundation, and a five-year case study of Driftwood school district on the east coast of Canada, and some domestic researches of vision implement are reported and discussed. Finally, some research reflective for the vision implement is suggested. They are that the theory of visionary leadership can be used to check the effectiveness of vision implement by visionary leaders, the researches of the only vision implement variable are available, to use action research for vision implement is encouraged, and the Ministry of Science and Technology can help financially for educational researchers to engage with the long-tern or the large-scale research of vision implement.
