視覺與非視覺環境偏好對景觀偏好與注意力恢復之影響-以溪頭自然教育園區為例

The Relationships between Environment Preference and Restorative Perception of Environment Example in Xitou Nature Education Area

溪頭地區因森林資源多元且豐富，是台灣較能夠提供多樣性森林遊憩體驗的場域。過去相關研究探討森林環境對人的健康福祉時，多透過照片在室內探討森林環境在視覺感受上對人的影響，較少探討聽覺及嗅覺對人的助益。本研究主要探討視覺與非視覺因素對景觀偏好及注意力恢復的影響，並嘗試以現地體驗之媒介進行資料蒐集，因此針對溪頭自然教育園區之遊客進行問卷調查。分析研究結果顯示視覺環境偏好、非視覺環境偏好與整體偏好對注意力恢復均具有直接或間接之預測力，顯示當遊客對森林環境的視覺與非視覺偏好程度提升，注意力恢復的程度也愈高。

Xitou Nature Education Area is a region rich in forest resources which can offer lot of natural experience in Taiwan. At the past, a number of research papers focus on the influence of visual perception on forest landscape. Only fewer explore the affection of the sense of hearing and smell perception. Thus, the purpose of this study is to prove three stimulus in the forest environment influence preference and attention restoration. We adopt questionnaire in Xitou Nature Education Area to collect the data. The result shows that landscape preferences could positively predict the attention restoration, and the environment preferences of visual and the environment preferences of non-visual could predict the landscape preferences. Thus, The higher preference of the visitor in the forest environment, the stronger attention restoration of the visitor in the forest environment.
