The Silk Road Of Spice Literary Study

「絲路」又稱「香料之路」。隨著商業貿易的盛行，芳香四溢的異國香料，在駱駝馱負與海運下展開「香料旅行」。歷史詩文中記載，香料成為當時貿易的重點商品，頻繁地被使用在各種社會活動場景，人們的飲食與生活也因香料而牽動著。本文探討來自絲路的眾多植物香料，如沉香、迷迭香、丁香、異香、美木等等，在中國歷史中被賦予的生命與價值，尤其以「迷迭香」、「丁香」，因篇幅較多，所以專節論述。
