前置胎盤中西醫結合治療病例報告

Placenta Previa Treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine−A Case Report

中西醫結合治療前置胎盤的病例報告很少，我們報告一名因前置胎盤於西醫婦產科安胎，期間會診中醫並配合中藥治療長達十週，其出血情況獲得控制，並於34周時順利剖腹生產。由於中西醫結合治療前置胎盤長達十週之安胎病例之治療過程並不多見，特報告此病例之治療過程，作為後續臨床治療參考。

There is little evidence about placenta previa treated with combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM). Therefore, we provide a case of hospitalized patient with placenta previa treated with TCM and WM. After the treatment, the viginal bleeding was controlled, and a baby was safely delivered via Cesarean section on 34 week gestation. It is rare that placenta previa treated in hospital with combination of TCM and WM up to ten weeks. Through this case report, we provide more evidence about integrated medicine of placenta previa treatment.
