In order to strengthen vocational and technological college and university accreditation advantage and improve deficiencies, shift to educational evaluation of accreditation in Taiwan, vocational training institutions have adopted quality assurance system at the same time. It is how to make the policy to promote a more sophisticated and integrated quality assurance practice as well as further study and improvement. In this paper document analysis to clarify the Australian vocational education, training and quality assurance relationship, clearly highlights the problem analysis focused and driven by literature analysis and document analysis. It shows a lateral longitudinal level policy in Australia, presenting a complete picture analysis of objects of the research and the results. Four feasible recommendations are offered: (1) Taiwan should establish vocational education and training institutions; (2) Taiwan should re-examine the existing cultivation of talent system of vocational and technological colleges and universities; (3) Establish occupational competency standard and curriculum; (4) Establish occupational competency assessment and learning support system in Taiwan. In addition to these recommendations, social and cultural development should be integrated into the context of Taiwans conditions and the development of vocational education and training and its quality assurance policy, to develop innovative educational strategies. |
