The concepts of habitual domains (HD) was first introduced by Po-Lung Yu in 1977 and became a system of thought by 1985. HDs are the collections of ideas and thinking paradigms, including their organization and activation dynamics. That ever exist in our brains, it also offers a set of powerful softwares to expand and enrich our HDs as to solve and manage our daily, include challenging, problems. This study used three tools of HDs, including seven self-perpetuating operators including: 1. everyone is a priceless living entity, 2. clear, specific and challenging goals produce energy for our lives, 3. there are reasons for everything that occurs, 4. every task is part of my lifes mission, 5. I am the owner of my living domain, 6. be appreciative and grateful, and don’t forget to give back to society, and 7. our remaining lifetime is our most valuable asset; eight methods for expanding HDs including: 1. avtive learning, 2. take the higher position, 3. active association, 4. changing the relative parameter, 5. changing the environment, 6. brainstorming, 7. retreat in order to advance, and 8. praying or mediation; and nine principles for deep knowledge including: 1. deep and down principle, 2. alternating principle, 3. contrasting and complementing principle, 4. revolving and cycling principle, 5. inner connection principle, 6. changing and transforming principle, 7. contradiction principle, 8. cracking and ripping principle, and 9. void principle, to help amateur bikers to face the stresses of training and competitions with the lack of external motivations and to gain the enjoyment and happiness through sport. |
