We investigated the effects of organizational trust and organizational climate on job satisfaction by administering surveys to elementary school teachers and analyzing their responses through hierarchical linear modeling. The results obtained indicated that organizational trust significantly positively affected job satisfaction, whereas organizational climate exerted no significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate, namely, "teacher organizations trust and job satisfaction affect relations ", does not exist in regulating effect. In this paper, we further present the discussions and suggestions related to these findings. |
