The aim of this study is to meta-analyze national doctoral dissertation research on domestic primary and secondary school principals leadership. This study integrates, inducts and analyzes different demographic variables and organizational variables of educators at different schools to perceive various leadership situations, and to view the impact of the moderator variables of principals leadership. This study collects 28 domestic doctoral theses, using Hedges and Olkin (1985) meta-analysis to conduct analysis. Comprehensive Meta-analysis software is used for statistical analysis. After calculating the effect size, which is merged later, the total calculation can explain the average effect size. Based on the analysis, our findings are summarized as follows: 1. Gender affects educator perceptions about principals leadership. 2. When the sample area, and school level are taken as moderator variables, they affect educators perceptions about principals leadership affects. 3. When the sample area is taken as the moderator variable, they affect educators perceptions about principals leadership. 4. When the sample area, and school level are not taken as moderator variables, they do not affect educators perceptions about principals leadership. 5. When the sample area, and school level are taken as the moderator variables, they affect educators perception about principals leadership. |
