Henoch Schonlein Purpura with Testicular Torsion

過敏性紫斑（HSP）的特徵是系統性血管炎和含有抗體IgA 免疫複合物的沉積。這是一個HSP 病例合併睾丸扭轉，病人是因為急性陰囊疼痛到急診求診，經彩色多普勒超音波檢查診斷睾丸扭轉。病人在手術後恢復良好，我們將相關文獻進行回顧。

Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP) is characterized by systemic vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels) and the deposition of immune complexes containing the antibody IgA. This is a presentation of a rare case of HSP with testicular torsion. It is believed to be the first case studied in Taiwan. This is the case of an 8-year-old boy diagnosed with HSP and acute scrotum. After a color Doppler ultrasonography exam, testicular torsion was suspected and surgical treatment was performed. The patient recovered well after the operation. The related literature is reviewed and summarized in this article.
