Preliminary Literature Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine: An Example of Prescription Divination in Taiwan Temples

臺灣民間的廟宇藥籤，是臺灣最早的聚落型醫療活動。這種以中醫藥為材料，藉由神與人的醫病溝通方式，反映出庶民醫療與信仰互為表裏的現象和奇特的治療效果，是研究臺灣醫療史的特色題材。
廟宇藥籤醫療如何以其獨特的方式回應人們對醫療的需求？中醫學在藥籤醫療中又扮演怎樣的角色？本研究結合中醫藥典籍文獻探討與人類學田野調查研究方法，以藥籤醫療發展的架構為起點，重新回顧臺灣庶民藥籤醫療經驗，以釐清廟宇藥籤醫療之歷史定位及中醫學在信仰醫療之角色與影響。

Prescription divination is a traditional type of folk healing since early Taiwan community. The prescription is generally composed of Chinese medicine after ritual processing and providing a particular treatment result.
How prescription divination response to medical needs from people? What is the role of Chinese medicine during the healing action of prescription divination? This research is applied literature review and fieldwork of medical anthropology to pursue the origins.
Further discussion is tried to determine the relationship between Chinese medicine and prescription divination especially chronological and geographic changes.
