本研究旨在瞭解大台南市國中小教師對於該國民教育輔導團提供各項服務的知覺程度與運用情形,並探討二者間的關係,期能根據研究之結論提出具體建議,以供已合併後台南市國教輔導團規劃、實際運作及改進之參考。本研究係採問卷調查法,以台南市國中小教師為研究對象;參考相關文獻編製「台南市國中小教師對國教輔導團服務知覺與運用情形-- 調查問卷」做為研究工具。正式問卷共發出1435份,回收1435 份,回收率100%,然後剔除資料填答不全或填答內容明顯不實之無效問卷21 份後,有效問卷為1414 份,有效回收率98.54%, 所得資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析,獲得以下結論:(一)國中、小教師對國教輔導團服務之知覺程度屬中高程度;(二)國中、小教師運用國教輔導團服務之情形屬於中高程度;(三)國中、小男性教師,對於國教輔導團服務具有較高的知覺程度;(四)國小男性教師、教師兼行政人員的國中教師、25 班以上的國小教師,較常運用國教輔導團提供之服務;(五)國中、小教師對國教輔導團服務之知覺程度與運用情形達顯著正相關;根據以上研究結論,本研究針對教育行政機關、國民教育輔導團、學校、輔導員、及國中教師提出相關建議,以做為今後台南市國教輔導團有效運作之參考。
英文摘要
This study tries to analyze the current situation of junior high school and elementary school teachers’ perception and actual use of services or support provided by Compulsory ducation Advisory Group in Tainan Municipality, through investigating the relationship between the perception and actual use of junior high school and elementary school teachers. Through this study, the researcher, aims to offer related suggestions for Compulsory Education Advisory Group in Tainan city in order to improve its operation model in the future.
A questionnaire survey was undertaken as the methodology.The subjects of the study were certified junior high school and elementary school teachers.”Questionnaire about perception and actual use of the services or support provided by Compulsory Education Advisory Group in Tainan city”, which was developed based upon literature review, has been adopted as a tool for this survey. A total of 1435 questionnaires were issued, and all of them were received, with a valid sample rate of 98.54 % . The collected materials were analyzed to obtain conclusions through a variety of statistical methods, such as descriptive statistic, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation.
The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) Junior high school and elementary school teachers’ perception of services by Compulsory Education Advisory Group in Tainan Municipality are below the middle level. (2)Junior high school and elementary school teachers’ use of services provided by Compulsory Education Advisory Group in Tainan Municipality are below the middle level.(3) Teachers of male have generally higher degree of perception of Compulsory Education Advisory Group’s services.(4)Elementary school teachers of male, Junior high school teachers of male with part-time administration chores, and elementary school teachers in larger school, have generally higher degree of use of Compulsory Education Advisory Group’s services. (5)There is a positive correlation between junior high school and elementary school teachers’ perception and actual use of services provided by Compulsory Education Advisory Group in Tainan Municipality.
