Neonatal Lupus Erythematosus with Schizencephaly-A case report

新生兒狼瘡是一個罕見的自體免疫疾病，由母親的抗體經胎盤傳至給幼兒。中樞神經的異常可以是新生兒狼瘡潛在的表現。腦裂症是不常見的先天性中樞神經畸形，由細胞移行缺陷所導致。文獻中還沒有記載新生兒狼瘡及腦裂症的病例。 我們呈現一個在我們醫院的新生兒案例: 新生兒狼瘡合併腦裂症。

Neonatal lupus is a rare autoimmune disease in newborns caused by the passage of maternal autoantibodies through the placenta. Abnormalities of the central nervous system are potential presentations of neonatal lupus. Schizencephaly is an uncommon congenital central nervous system malformation caused by migration defect. Until now, no study has reported the correlation between neonatal lupus and schizencephaly. We presented a case of a newborn with schizencephaly and neonatal lupus erythematosus at our hospital.
