Taiwan's university and college were in general to use the service-learning model to coach the members of Student Association into the winter and summer camps, public service organizations, various service activities overseas services. We will conduct a structural of reflective Questions study from preparation, service, reflection, celebration and other phase. The results of this study shows that, (1) This study showed no association between college students representing domestic and foreign participation in volunteer service with their professional courses. (2)After participation in service activities, respondents generally believe that through service and involvement in the process of training, will help to improve their ability of real-life person in interpersonal communication, emotional management, tips expression,activities design, time management. These ability were from non-professional courses.(3) In today's service mode, Students generally through a dialogue with the person in charge of the organization to understand the project can be put into service, and examine the effectiveness of the services to be served by those who responded. But for how to view the investment service meets expectations, then found except through satisfaction surveys, does not seem to have a systematic view. (4) Respondents can be considered through service providers should have benefited. In the investment-related services, service providers are generally considered vary due to the growth in service, especially at the level of self-growth and moving. (5) In previous experience in service, We found that in addition to the benefits of the service itself, which is also found among people need to love and care, whether it is the environment in which the material is abundant or scarce, all issues can not be ignored. (6) After participating in the service,members moved inside for individuals to enhance their soft power has had a positive improvement. |
