This paper interviewed Taiwanese learners to Japanese at primary level with answer sheets on their consciousness at loan-word. The questionnaire is composed of 20 questions in closed form and one in open form. The same interview had been done twice at an interval of half year to reveal the time change of the said consciousness. The results reveal that the Taiwanese learners to Japanese at primary level do not exclude the loan-word, while this conclusion does not vary much over time. However, students still raised some doubts on the loan-word they learned and feel unconfident to the way they use these loan-word. Most previous researches yielded answers to these doubts and unconfidence. The lectures should update with contemporary researches so the way of teaching can be revised accordingly. |
