本研究以台灣人和日本人大學生所參與的分組活動的對話為分析對象,對話內容主要是討論如何製作地震、颱風等災害發生後能派上用場的物品。分析時依據Neustupny的理論將對話中產生的問題分成「言語行動」「溝通行動」及「文化行動」等三個層面探討,結果發現,當台灣人發生言語行動層面的問題時,日本人大都不會當場糾正,都是台灣人自行修正或不做任何處置。而當日本人不懂台灣人所說的意思時,日本人會做猜測或不斷問問題以求了解台灣人所要表達的。其次,在「溝通行動」方面,台灣人經常突然轉換話題,導致其他人一時之間不了解他說話的內容。最後,關於「文化行動」方面,即使是被問到台灣相關的問題,台灣人因語言知識不足或沒自信,常無法回答。本研究所分析的談話內容和一般的日常對話不同,需要許多專業知識也要了解一些專門用語,因此台灣人在應對上更加感到困難也備感壓力。 This study is based on the workshop dialogue between the Taiwanese and Japanese university students. The main content of the dialogue is to discuss how to make goods useful when earthquakes, typhoons and other disasters happened. In the analysis, according to Neustupny, the problems arising from the dialogue are divided into three levels:“speech action”,“communication action”and“cultural action”. The result indicated, in the level of“speech action”, when Taiwanese used the wrong words, Japanese students didn't correct them. Taiwanese beencorrected by their own or do nothing. When the Japanese do not understand what the Taiwanese say, they will do the speculation or keep asking questions in order to understand whatthe Taiwanesewant to convey. Then, in the level of“communication action”, the Taiwanese oftenchange the topic suddenly, make others confusing and don't know what they are saying. The last one, on the level of“cultural action”, even if been asked about Taiwan-related problems, Taiwanese students cannot answer it because their Japanese is not enough capacity or without confidence. The conversation discussed in this study is different from general daily conversation, which requires a lot of expertise to understand some special terms, so the Taiwanese students are more difficult to deal with the problems in the conversation. |
