對臺灣遠距藥事照護服務規範之建議

A Proposal for Guidance of Telepharmacy in Taiwan

遠距藥事照護服務為一種新興的藥事服務型態，指的是運用遠距通訊與資訊技術提供遠端病人的藥事照護服務。本研究彙整與分析先進國家，包括美國、加拿大、歐盟、新加坡與日本等國與遠距藥事照護服務相關之法規、規範或指引，利用專家焦點討論，提出臺灣遠距藥事照護服務規範之建議；期望能做為欲提供相關服務者一個可以依循的方向與指引，在提升藥事照護服務普及性的同時，也能確保以通訊方式提供的藥事照護服務兼具有效性與安全性。

Telepharmacy is a new type pharmaceutical service that utilizes information and communication technology to provide pharmaceutical care to patients at a distance. This study proposes a guidance for telepharmacy in Taiwan through reviewing and analyzing Acts, regulations or guidelines for telepharmacy in developed countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Singapore and Japan; as well as focus group discussion. We hope that this guidance can be a direction for pharmacists before starting telepharmacy service, to ensure the efficacy and safety of telepharmcy in addition to expand the accessibility of pharmaceutical care.
