On Using the Experience of Neihu and Developing Tianjin's Headquarters Economy

本文通過總結分析台灣內湖發展總部經濟的歷程和特點，探討了總部經濟的發展動力、關鍵因素、政府在其中的角色變換以及發展總部經濟容易陷入的幾個誤區等重要問題，然後結合天津的實際經濟情況分析了天津發展總部經濟的可行性，並提出相應的政策建議。

The thesis summarizes and analyses the experience and traits of Headquarters economy in Taiwan Neihu area, explores the motive power, key factors, transformation of government's role and misunderstanding of headquarters economy, and then discusses the feasibilities of Tianjin's development of headquarters economy, offering some policy suggestions.
