設計風格旅店試驗場：行動研究應用於整合型創意教學設計

The Proving Ground of Design Hotels: Action Research on the Teaching Curriculum of Integrated Creative Design

在文化、創意、生活產業與「設計」緊密連結的時代，「設計」儼然成為產業必備的核心能力。為順應產業環境需求，藉由行動研究檢視設計課程，在反思的過程中修正課程，將整合型創意教學導入課程設計，培育具廣度思維的創新設計人才。本研究透過行動研究帶領學生進入「杉林溪森林生態渡假園區」，以探索真實場域情境，運用體驗服務設計等整合性設計思維與設計方法發展創新課程，讓學生藉由自身行動與觀察，發現問題轉化為洞見，提出具體的場域再造方案，培養其具備同理心及整合性設計能力。另一方面，以行動研究螺旋模式垂直深入並重覆反思的特色，探尋設計教育存在的盲點及問題，重新架構教學經驗、模式藉此修正課程，從中發掘設計教育的可能方式，運用於未來設計教學課程設計，提供現今設計教育更多不同的思考面向，以提升設計教育品質。研究發現，真實情境探索過程中，體驗深淺影響學生思考深度，並能鼓勵學生「以問題牽引問題」的思維建立，提昇學生以同理心切換設計觀點；再者，學生自身的生活體悟以及對設計工具的熟稔程度，也影響著對設計議題的洞見發掘。未來課程需要著重於課程結構規劃與整合型設計概念的融入，以更廣泛的視野，全方位審視設計思維、工具、方法，並與產業銜接共創價值。

Cultures, life industries, and creativity have been intimately connected to design nowadays.　Thus, competence in design has greater significance and complete talent cultivation is required. Through　this action research, students are led into the eco resort, Sun Link Sea, to experience in real contexts and　have access to innovative courses of integrated design, thereby developing the empathy and the ability of　integrated design. Additionally, new teaching approaches derived from the action research can be adopted　　in the future teaching curriculum. Research indicates that students’ depth of thinking depends on theirextent of involvement and that their personal reflection on life and familiarity with design tools are also　influential. The future curriculum will focus on merging structural adjustment of courses and integrated　design to co-create value with industries.
