本文強調應針對家暴相對人進行「分級分類」，再依據「分級分類」針對相對人進行優勢觀點處遇。並提出兩階段之分級系統，首先，透過「預防性認知教育輔導」之歷程完成家暴相對人分級檢核表，該分級可作為相對人後續是否開案或處遇之參考；第二階段則為開案或處遇執行後較完整之評估，採用家暴相對人「整體性評估表」進行評估，該量表可區分出相對人之致命危險性、再犯可能性、以及可改變性。最後並提出兩名案例進行討論。

This paper emphasizes that ''hierarchical classification'' should be conducted for offenders of domestic violence, and then according to the ''hierarchical classification'', the offender is treated with strengths perspective. A two-stage hierarchical classification system is proposed. First, through the process of ''preventive cognitive education counseling'', the hierarchical checklist for domestic violence offender can be completed. This grading can be used as a reference for whether or not to treatment the offender; For a more complete assessment after the execution, the assessment is based on the ''Holistic Assessment Form'' of the Domestic Violence offender, which can distinguish the offender's fatal possibility, recidivism possibility, and the changeability. Finally, two cases were proposed for discussion.
