2019年5月17日，我國正式立法承認同性別兩人所成立的生活體，具有法律上的地位，受法律的保護及拘束，對同婚議題爭議暫時畫下休止符。但社會是否仍會對同婚議題有所爭議，取決於法律所通過的內容是否能夠被社會所普遍接受。本文即對此加以討論。

On May 17, 2019, Taiwan formally legislated to recognize the life of the same gender. It has a legal status, is protected and restrained by the law, and temporarily puts a rest on the dispute over the issue of marriage. However, whether the society will still dispute the issue of marriage depends on whether the content adopted by the law can be generally accepted by the society. This article discusses this.
