中醫對新型冠狀病毒肺炎的思考

Clinical Thinking about Coronavirus Disease 2019 in view of Traditional Chinese Medicine

2019年12月，中國湖北省武漢市發現多起不尋常的肺炎病例，經相關病原核酸檢測，發現一種新型病毒，世界衛生組織（World Health Organization, WHO）於2020年1月12日將此病毒命名為「2019新型冠狀病毒（2019-nCoV），2月11日正式將此呼吸道疾病定名為2019年冠狀病毒疾病（COVID-19），我國稱為「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎」，簡稱「武漢肺炎」或「新冠肺炎」，並定為第五類法定傳染病。此傳染病病源雖與嚴重急性呼吸道症候群（Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome，SARS）同屬冠狀病毒，但特性上有所不同。本文根據從目前已知的疾病表現與病理機轉，結合中醫辨證論治的特色，試圖耙梳出適合臨證的處方思路，並酌擬治療建議，提供我國中醫界同道參考。

On February 11, 2020, the World Health Organization officially named the outbreak of unusual respiratory diseases in Wuhan, People's Republic of China (P.R.C.) as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is, in Taiwan, called Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia, abbreviated as Wuhan pneumonia or neocoronary pneumonia, belonging to the fifth category of mandatory communicable diseases. Although this infectious disease belongs to the same coronavirus as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), its characteristics are different. This review attempt to collect and summarize the epidemiology, pathology, syndromes and disease course of COVID-19, which is merged in spirit of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Hope to provide a good clinical thinking and reasoning ending up with therapeutic recommendations for the medical situation in Taiwan.
