以往在台灣的大專校院日本語文學系(含應用日語系)裡,雖有日本籍留學生,惟其身份大多屬於外國交換生或外國短期研習生,不需要像同系所裡的台灣學生那樣,修讀日語相關課程,學習日語並取得學位。然而近年來,以學位生的身份進入日本語文學系並正式修讀學位的日本籍留學生,有逐漸增加的趨勢。日本語文學系的教學宗旨,主要在培育學生運用日語的能力、通曉日語相關知識|而以日語為母語的日本人到台灣留學,為何選擇修讀日本語文學系呢?本文以就讀台灣之大專校院日本語文學系並正式修讀學位的日本籍留學生為對象,針對其留學的原委、理由以及目的等項目,進行問卷調查。再以KJ法針對問卷調查結果進行整理分析,將初期的71張分類標籤區分為27小組、9中組和2大組。由分析結果發現,這些正式修讀學位的日本籍留學生,他們對台灣皆抱持正面肯定的情感,來台灣留學的目的主要是學習中文而非日語,因此也有人在入學後萌生轉換系所的念頭。此外,從調查結果中也可看出,實際來到台灣生活後,留學生們在人際關係或課堂授課等許多面向均感受到各種不適應,且因為無法改善不適應的現況而感到焦慮不安。
英文摘要
In recent years, there seems to be an increasing number of Japanese enrolled in the Department of Japanese Language (including Department of Japanese Language and Literature, or Departments of Applied Japanese) in Taiwanese universities as regular international students. Since the objective of such Departments is to equip students with proper Japanese language skill and related knowledges, why would a native Japanese enroll in such Departments? This study focuses on the Japanese enrolled in the Department of Japanese Language in Taiwanese universities as regular international students, exploring how and to what end, for what reasons they came to study abroad in this way. The research is conducted via survey questionnaire, analyzed by KJ Method, with a result consisting of 27 small groups, 9 medium groups and 2 large groups from 71 labels. We discovered the students came to study in Taiwan with an affection towardsthis place, to learn not Japanese but Chinese, while some also consider changing majors after the enrollment. Also, after coming to Taiwan, they could feel stressed out by inter-person relations and the reality in school, as well as not being able to makeimprovements to that.
