一般文獻研究中所謂的剛性領導是屬於傳統領導方式,較接近於1940至1960年代的行為理論學說,以專制及生產導向為其領導特質,然而隨時間與經濟發展,領導的對象已經從藍領工人變成了知識員工,這種客觀形勢的變化要求領導方式也隨之改變,於是柔性領導方式便應運而生。本文透過面對面訪談某科技大學校長,得出其領導是穩重的、關懷屬下的、認真的、不會投機取巧的、隨和的及平易近人的,像是聆聽屬下的意見,甚至在LINE的群組裡面,盡量的抽空來解答大家的疑問,面對疫情坐鎮學校,因此在領導學人格特性學派來講,這就是柔性的領導者。
英文摘要
The so-called rigid leadership in general literature research belongs to the traditional leadership style, which is closer to the behavioral theory of the 1940s and 1960s, with authoritarianism and production orientation as its leadership traits, but with time and economic development, the object of leadership has changed from blue-collar workers to knowledge workers. This change of objective situation requires that the leadership style also changes, so flexible leadership style comes into being. Through face-to-face interviews with the president of a university of science and technology, this paper concludes that its leadership is stable, caring, serious, unspeculative, easygoing and approachable, such as listening to the opinions of subordinates, even in the LINE group, try to take the time to answer everyone's questions, in the face of the epidemic sitting in town schools, So in the case of the leadership personality characteristic school, this is the flexible leader.
